About me
I completed my first ERP migration in 1999, as organisations prepared their business-critical systems for the new millennium. Since then, I have worked with numerous ERP, SAP and business transformation initiatives in international organisations.
During my years at Panasonic Europe, I gained extensive experience leading global projects and complex portfolios across countries, functions and cultures. Throughout my career, I have also worked closely with executive teams, programme sponsors and steering committees.
Today, I support leadership teams and ERP steering committees with independent advice, constructive challenge and practical decision support. My role is to help senior leaders and project teams understand the real situation, identify emerging risks and make informed decisions before problems become expensive.
